After completing a classical music Music Degree (BMus Sussex) and playing keyboards in a hardworking pop cover band, Andy worked as a Music Producer, Songwriter, and Session Player at the recording studio A Major Music, in Shepherds Bush, London, UK . Working with hit record producer Phil Chapman, this is where he learned how to make records, finally writing some hit records and enjoyed major chart success across Europe with several Million selling #1 Albums and Singles including N’Sync, Worlds Apart, and East17.

He then joined the band Dave Stewart & Barbara Gaskin as guitarist, recording in the studio and touring with Dave Stewart in Japan three times and touring the USA twice. As a senior PRS Member, He is represented in music publishing by Warner Chappell in Germany and TC Music in Denmark and the rest of the world.

After major hit records in France and Germany Andy relocated to start his own studio in the South West of Ireland. Ceolnua agus Ceol Beo. In the field of club and dance music he worked on hit records with Irish act Dance to Tipperary, and went on as a founder member of the Lazy Boyz, releasing the track Sweet Child O Mine on Ministry of Sound Annual 2005 compilation. With three live concert recordings in New York and Dublin, Andy produced the Shane MacGowan live album Across the Broad Atlantic. Now he continues to make club remixes as The Munchie Boys.

Lately Andy has been working on many orchestral music pieces for film scores, advertising, and documentary productions. This brings together decades of experience, combining energetic string sections, nimble woodwinds, shining brass, and powerful percussion with other elements of Andy’s musical production expertise such as synthesisers, sound design, and sampling. The result is a crafted work bringing emotion and memorable melodic lines together with cutting edge sounds for the perfect cinematic enhancement.
